In the near future, HSI and HTAR support will no longer be provided directly by Gleicher Enterprises.  As of March 8 2017, HSI/HTAR support for HPSS sites is transitioning to the National Energy Research Supercomputer Center (NERSC). Once the transition is completed, a ticketing system will be used for all support questions, problems, enhancement requests, etc.

A link will be provided on this page to NERSC once the transition is completed. In the interim, the current support procedure can continue to be used:

o If this is a question or request for information, please contact your site support representative. 

   If they are unable to provide the information, they will contact Gleicher Enterprises

o If this is a problem:

  - Gather up information related to the problem - screen snaps, logs, ...

  - Send the information to your site support representative, who will contact Gleicher Enterprises, and work with us as needed to resolve the issue.
