NOTE

Support for HSI and HTAR is transitioning to the HPSS development team.  To help facilitate the transition, a new ticketing system deployed by The National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC) and Gleicher Enterprises has been put in place for all 

support questions, problems, requests for software, enhancement requests, etc.


All tickets will be acknowledged and responded to as quickly as possible. 


Before opening a ticket, please gather as much relevant information as possible - screen snaps, logs, etc.

If you are a member of the user community for a site, please work through your HPSS support staff to submit 

a ticket, so that they can be aware of issues that may be site-specific, and so they can gather server-side logging

information that may be needed to determine what is causing a problem.
